Short description:
The Department of Agriculture of the United States invites applications for the Borlaug Fellowship Program available to scholars from developing and middle-income. The program provides opportunities for training and research in collaboration with scientists, researchers and policymakers to work one-on-one with a mentor at an American university, research institute or government agency, usually for 6-12 weeks. The mentor will visit the United States later the Fellow's home institution for further collaboration. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or higher and be employed by a university, institution or public research body in the country of origin.
