USA: Scholarships for Courses in Cocoa Production The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and World Cocoa Foundation (WCF)

Short description:

Candidates for the Cocoa Borlaug Fellowship Program available to citizens of Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean are sought. Fellows work with a mentor in a U.S. university, research institute or government agency for a maximum of three months. The U.S. mentor Later visit the Fellow's home institution to continue collaboration.

Applicants are selected based on their interests and achievements, level of scientific competence, aptitude for scientific research, leadership potential, ability to bring new ideas back to their home institution and the flexibility and aptitude for success in an intercultural environment of academic and professional research.
