Candidates for State Foundation Scholarships available to foreign citizens seeking to carry out doctoral studies and postdoctoral research, starting in the academic year 2014-2015. There is a maximum of twenty (20) scholarships available.

The scholarships are open to all (non-Greek nationals and non-nationals of Greek origin Greek) citizens of the countries of the Balkans and Eastern Europe (members and non-members of the European Union), Asia, Africa and Latin America, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Japan and Oceania.
