Victoria University of Wellington is offering PhD scholarships for international students in any discipline. A total of 35 scholarships are available and are awarded based on academic merit. Candidates must be graduates of any university within or outside New Zealand who intend to enroll full-time Doctorate (PhD) at the University of Victoria, or have started their doctoral studies at the University of Victoria. The scholarship includes $ 23.500 annual stipend + tuition fees of up to three years.
