Visitor visa
The visitor visa applied for temporary stay in Canada and with the obligation to return to your country at the end of it. To qualify you must be in good health and have sufficient funds to pay for your expenses during your stay in Canada.

A valid visitor visa does not guarantee admission to Canada, an immigration officer at the port of entry will decide if you qualify for admission to the country.

» Cost of visa processing, which will be paid at the time of application. These fees cover the costs of processing your application and are not refundable, even in the case of rejection of the application.

» Several documents that prove the situation of your stay in Canada. Acceptance of the university, bank accounts, credit cards, etc..

• Authorization or study permit

Besides visitor visa, you must obtain a student authorization, which will be credited to formal studies in academic institutions in Canada. Not applicable for language courses or nonacademic.

The basic requirements include the submission of a certificate of proficiency in English or French, essential for higher studies in Canada. Also need to show that you are healthy, have no criminal record and that you will return to your country after completing their studies.

This type of visa must may take a few days or even weeks to be processed and approved. Should apply directly to the embassy or through the visa application centers (VACs) for each country.

• Letter of acceptance from a Canadian institution

• Curriculum: It is recommended to attach an updated curriculum, highlighting studies, received academic honors, extracurricular and professional activities.
