Short description:

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (MEXT) invites applications for college scholarships for international students to study at a Japanese university technology.

The scholarships will be sustainable for four years from April 2015 to March 2019, including one year preparatory education in the Japanese language and other subjects, provided upon arrival in Japan. For fellows who specialize in maritime engineering, the term of the scholarship shall be four and a half years until September 2019.
